Q. I would like to have my child's photo taken. Am I under any obligation to buy from you?

A. Absolutely not. If you are delighted with your images please place an order.

Q. How many photos will I get to choose from?

A. We aim to offer multiple images per child which can be viewed online.

Q. Are your photographers DBS checked?

A. Yes, all our photographers have enhanced DBS Checks.



Q. Can I mix my order from multiple proof sheets?

A. Yes you can with Pack B and the USB stick ordered from the proof card. Extra options available online.

Q. Can I mix images in the packs?

Q. I think I've missed the deadline date for ordering. Can I still place an order?

A. Of course, just fill out your proof sheet as normal and send it directly to us. Please add £5 to your order for post and packaging. OR GO ONLINE to place your order.

Q. Your order sheet doesn't have a particular size I require. Can you print other sizes?

A. Yes we can. We can pretty much print any size you require up to 40”x 60” - please call the office for a quote.

Q. There seems to be some blemishes on my child. Can these be corrected?

A. If there is something you would like changed, please call the office to discuss this. We will let you know if it is possible.

Q. Can you print larger than 10”x 8”?

A. Yes - We can also print any size up to 40”x60” if there's a particular size you require, please call for a price.

Q. Once I have bought USB stick/Downloads can I make full use of the images?

A. Yes, we provide a copyright release with the USB stick/Downloads. This allows you to upload your images to social media and have them printed by any High Street shop or online photography website offering this service.

Q. What size am I able to print up to from the images included on my CD/Downloads?

A.  We supply images cropped to 10x8 at 300 dpi. These are the same files we print from and should enlarge up to 16x12 without loss of quality. Please note we are unable to give assistance with using third party printing companies.


My Order

Q. I have not received my order, Why is this?

A. We do our best to turn orders round within 14 days. On rare occasions there may be a reason that we cannot process your order. Usually we will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided.

Q. I am unhappy with my prints. What can I do?

A. In the unlikely event you are anything but 100% happy with your order, please call Flip Foto to discuss further. Please note due to the nature of the product we are unable to give refunds on USB Sticks or Downloads.

Q. Who owns the copyright to my images?

A. Flip owns the copyright to all images taken at our photo shoots. However, we always ask permission if we wish to use anyone’s image for advertising or display purposes.
